FLAMINGO MEAL PREP

All meals have been carefully constructed by our experienced in house chefs using complimentary seasonings and dressings to make our clean meal plans stand out from the crowd. High protein dishes are highlighted on the attached menu and there’s even a section to flag which dishes are great hot, cold or both making it even easier to plan your meal times around your day and where you may be. All packaging (apart from the bagasse removable clear lids) can be microwaved. Our meals are made up from fresh, high quality & nutrient rich ingredients and are 500 calories and under.
